POLICIES;
SHIPPING POLICY; Orders will be processed and shipped with-in 5-10 business days. We will not warrant a refund or cancelation once your custom product has already been started.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY;
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to products being custom.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS;
Please make sure to open your package as soon as you receive it and inspect your item(s). If there is an issue with said product, you must contact us within 24hrs of delivery with proof of any damages, etc to be considered a replacement. You can also file a claim directly with the shipping carrier, as they are responsible for reimbursing those who receive damaged items that happen during the shipping and handling process.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ; Please note air bubbles that may appear after shipping are not considered damaged or eligible for a replacement, refund/return. This is a natural result of the shipping process. The cups need a small air bubble for the liquid to expand.
